Le Jardin

Bar & Restaurant

On April 14, Ducasse Baccarat unveils a new facet of the venue and opens Le Jardin.
A confidential terrace, a refined bar, a hidden Orangerie, and a fresh, vibrant menu, like an ode to the return of sunny days.

The table

Seductive spring cuisine

In this exquisite setting, Alain Ducasse and his two chefs, Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, present a light and flavorful menu, celebrating the arrival of sunny days. Raw white asparagus, olive condiment, Burrata, fava beans, peas, mint, Lobster French toast… As for meat, the mood is set for barbecue, with yogurt-marinated coquelet, Simmental beef entrecôte with chimichurri sauce and and slow-cooked milk-fed lamb shoulder with aromatic herbs. To end on a sweet note, the dessert trolley unveils refreshing treats like apple-pear tart or rhubarb clafoutis.

Whether lingering over a cocktail, enjoying an almost countryside-like tea time, or indulging in a generous Sunday brunch featuring all the classics — pastries, eggs in every style, Viot house-smoked fish, ice creams from La Manufacture Alain Ducasse — and, for the most indulgent, a barbecue-grilled meat or fish dish.

Le Jardin

A green oasis

Located on the corner of Place des États-Unis and Rue de l’Amiral d’Estaing, Paris 16th, Le Jardin is probably the most secret terrace in Paris. Guests pass through the Hôtel Particulier Baccarat to discover this hidden restaurant, shaded by chestnut trees, which looks like an unsuspected oasis in the heart of Paris.

Designed by landscape architect Jérémie Attali, Le Jardin is a true sensory experience. Conceived as a summer vegetable garden, it overflows with rare and exquisite varieties. Decorative plants and a fragrant hedge of rosebushes frame the space, while the soft murmur of a small water feature evokes the elegance of classical French gardens.
The landscape architect envisioned this living garden as a model of sustainable cultivation, embracing the principles of permaculture and biodiversity.

The spaces

A cocktail Bar and an intimate Orangerie

Two spaces extend the experience.

The first is the Bar, featuring a menu crafted by Margot Lecarpentier. Opening directly onto the terrace, it welcomes guests throughout the day. The atmosphere is enhanced by Baccarat crystal rocks, placed like precious jewels along the walls. Overlooking the space, a majestic Roi Soleil chandelier radiates its brilliance, enveloping the bar in a solar aura.

On the other side of the garden, the Orangerie offers a light-filled sanctuary, where citrus hues reflect off a fully glass-paneled façadee. This intimate venue, available for exclusive private events, invites guests to savor a special menu beneath the glow of the Zénith Faunacrystopolis chandelier by Jaime Hayon.
